Cost of a  Reflexology Treatment 

£45 an hour

Cash or Cheque  payments please

£25   for a 1/2 hour Taster session.

 

Initial Consultation

Before any stand alone treatment or block of treatment an initial consultation is carried out.

The Initial consultation lasts 1 hour 10 mins because a detailed client  history is taken so that clear objectives for future treatment can be decided.  

The cost remains at £45 for this longer session.

The client needs to allow extra time for this first session.

1 hour  (Standard ) treatments

Communication between myself and the client  during  treatments is very important so I allow  10 minutes  for this within the 1 hour session.

I work on the feet or hands for about 50 minutes.

Taster sessions

Taster sessions are also available.

For new clients who have never had reflexology before it is a good way to experience this wonderful therapy.

A consent form will be signed by the client before the session.There will not be an initial consultation with the client and this is stated clearly on the consent sheet at the start of the session. Clients are invited to state any contraindications to a reflexology treatment on the taster form.

Longer reflexology sessions are available on request.

To benefit from reflexology ,a course of treatments is recommended because the effects of reflexology on the body is cumulative.

 Some clients may  experience a  healing crisis and  symptoms may initially get worse! This can be seen as a positive sign that the treatment is working. 

 

When I had reflexology for the first time, I had a treatment once a week for 8 weeks. I then gradually reduced this to once a fortnight and then once a month.

Everyone is different but I do believe your own body “tells you what you need.”
